I firmly believe in the power of education within this sport. The wisdom of our mentors, the invaluable lessons in trust and feel, and the new studies and science that bring new insights to our industry.

My love for horses stared at a young age since my mom was a trainer in California and a majority of life was spent at the barn. I learned the importance of day to day care and respect for the horses that gave us their all. I continued riding with Grand Prix and Olympic level trainers into my 20's, then decided I needed to take a break.
After marriage and kids, I started to miss the life. When my oldest was 5, we got introduced into the western world of barrel racing. It was fun and less stressful than the Hunter/Jumper world.
I started to realize that I had some holes in my equine education when it came to feed and veterinary care. These were things that were taken care of for you in a training barn. Thus began my journey down ALL the rabbit holes.
I was already pretty well versed in nutrition because of living life with autoimmune issues where diet was paramount. Then I went a step further and started to learn bodywork so I could offer preventative care for my personal horses.
My personal exploration into equine bodywork stemmed from a desire to enhance the well-being of my own horses. This quest led me to the transformative practice of Tensegrity Balancing Therapy, a modality that not only improves health but fundamentally improves a horse's ability to move and perform. Witnessing its profound impact, I became a devoted practitioner, eager to share this knowledge and skill with others.
I now am offering online educational courses where my hope is to provide horse owners with a well rounded approach to information that may seem overwhelming.
At Triple 3, we're not just about horses; we're about creating a harmony of balance, health and wellness for these noble companions. Join us in this journey of discovery and care, where every horse's well-being is our greatest goal.
