Equine Tensegrity Balancing Therapy
Equine Tensegrity Balancing Therapy was created by Tami Elkayam and is based on a three-pronged approach to treating the horse:
- We target the brain to help regulate and rebalance the nervous system by harnessing and retraining the brain through neuroplasticity.
- We target somatosensory integration of the body by utilizing touch and motion to reactivate the connection of body and brain and reduce cortical smudging.
- Lastly we facilitate fascial remodeling to create a more balanced whole body tensegrity.
